Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) seeks a senior motor control engineer to lead the design and development of BLDC/PMSM motor control solutions. You will drive embedded software development, test automation, and engage in technical discussions with customers.

The role requires leadership of engineering teams in an Agile environment and hands-on work with STM32, XMC, and similar MCUs, including debugging, validation, and performance optimization of motor control systems.

Qualifications
