Rippling is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Managed Connectors team to lead the build of scalable data connectors powering Rippling's analytics products. You will drive product delivery, enforce engineering best practices, and oversee complex distributed systems across a global team.
You will lead and grow Bangalore-based engineers, shape architecture, and own the technology roadmap while collaborating with product managers to align with business OKRs.

The highest level decision makers at Rippling's client companies use the Business Intelligence products owned by the Reporting and analytics team to oversee the operations of their business. Our products pull in data from all 30 plus product verticals at Rippling and allow our customers to build deep analytics and analysis.
The Managed Connectors team is responsible for integrating data from external sources and internal Rippling products to fuel the company's analytics ecosystem. We build the bridges that allow our customers to bring in data from sources such as GitHub, Salesforce, and Google Calendar to drive deep insights and trends analysis.
We have over 30 engineers spread throughout the world from San Francisco, to Toronto to Bangalore.
We are currently running over sixty thousand analytical workloads every day for our customers and are going to be launching several hundred thousand very shortly.
