Position: Engineering Manager (React Native – Architect Level)

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager for a reputed product based client, who will lead and deliver high-quality mobile solutions using React Native. While the title is “Manager,” this is a highly technical, architect-level role where you’ll spend about 80% of your time designing, developing, and reviewing code, and 20% guiding and mentoring the team.

You will be the technical authority for mobile architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years in React Native.
• Proven experience in architecting large-scale mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of native Android and iOS development concepts.
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs, third-party SDKs, and working with mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in leading teams (technical guidance + people management).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
