Responsabilités

• Perform/supervise operation, maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment (granulation, RMG, FBD, compression coating, packing).
• Attend and resolve breakdowns on time for respective area equipment.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of area equipment.
• Ensure no production/packing loss by providing continuous engineering services.
• Maintain engineering schedules per annual calendars.
• Prepare, revise and implement area SOPs and related documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform/ supervise operation, maintenance andcleaning as per requirement of respective Engineering function ( Plant maintenance equipments like Granulation(RMG, FBD), Compression Coating, Packing).
• To attend/ensure breakdown related to the respectivearea equipment on timely basis.
• Responsible for the preventive and predictivemaintenance of respective area equipment.
• To ensure that there is no production/packingprocess loss by assuring proper and continuous engineering services.
• Responsible for equipment alteration,modification and troubleshooting wherever required.
• Ensure the engineering schedules are followedas defined in annual calendars.
• To assist/ accompany with the vendor whereverapplicable.
• To maintain the inventory of stock/spares asapplicable.
• Issuance of engineering material fromEngineering stores.
• To prepare, revise and implement the respectivefunction SOPs .
• Issuance and retrieval of the requireddocuments.
• To perform relevant SAP transactions.
• To maintain safe working conditions to avoidAccident.
• To perform and ensure on-line documentationlike logbooks, service cards, check list, etc.
• To Participate/facilitate cross-functionalinvestigations.
• Responsible for following Current GoodManufacturing Practices (cGMP) wherever applicable.
• Identify and report accidents and unsafeconditions or unusual circumstances to reporting authority.
• To elevate the issues related to theprocess, quality, cleaning process or documentation related activities to reportingauthority.
• Other duties, which may be assigned from timeto time, by reporting manager.

Essential job requirements:

• Understands the purpose and functioning of respectiveEngineering function and systems.
• Execute procedures in accordance with SOPrequirements.
• Proper communication with subordinates andother department personnel.
• Ability to document in log books/applicabledocuments while performing the job using good documentation practices.
• Understands the Good Documentation Practices,ALCOA policy.
• Attention to detail and ability to spotpotential issues that can lead to GMP or GDP issues.
