Job description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead who will own the technical direction, delivery quality, and team performance of one or more cross-functional squads building and managing services. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends architecture oversight, sprint‑level delivery, and people management within a PI (Program Increment) planning cadence.

The successful candidate will be deeply embedded in AI‑augmented engineering practices – using Agentic AI workflows to accelerate development, testing, and deployment. You will champion an AI‑first engineering culture, mentor your team on effective AI tool adoption, and drive measurable productivity improvements across the SDLC.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, translating programme‑level objectives into actionable engineering plans, managing dependencies across distributed teams, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across Gurgaon, Dubai, and Karachi.
