Job summary

Dasro is seeking an Engineering Lead in Bengaluru for a hands-on leadership role spanning Python development and cloud infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable software products in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate will have 9–15 years of software engineering experience, strong Python/AWS/Terraform skills, and a proven track record in product development.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, AWS and Terraform/IaC.

The ideal candidate should have strong product development experience, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working on large-scale engineering projects. The candidate should be capable of providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on with engineering and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development and delivery of scalable software products.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and guide technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Python.
