Accor, owner of Novotel Ahmedabad, is seeking an Engineering Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure that guest facilities run smoothly across the hotel. You will assist the Engineering Executive and help uphold service standards in line with brand guidelines.

You will supervise maintenance of equipment, coordinate with teams, and help develop staff to maintain high levels of guest comfort.

Qualificações

• Must have graduation in Engineering.
• Good communication.
• Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for assisting the Engineering Executive in the overall day to day operations.
• Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations laid down by Novotel Ahmedabad in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
• To supervise the upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment of the company.
