Job summary

Novotel Ahmedabad is seeking a capable Engineering Leader to direct and coordinate the Engineering Department's activities and ensure adherence to hotel policies for the highest levels of guest service.

You will maintain inventories of technical equipment, drive quality across engineering operations, and guide the team to uphold Accor's service standards within the hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have graduation in Engineering.
• Good communication.
• Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Responsibilities

• Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by Novotel Ahmedabad in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service.
