  • Oversee the execution of operational processes, ensuring all teams are aligned and accountable for meeting program objectives. Track progress and continually optimize workflows to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including development teams, designers, marketing, sales, customer support, and leadership.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
  • Articulate complex business problems, product strategies, and program progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Provide regular updates on program status, roadblocks, and solutions.

  • 8+ years of hands-on pharma industry experience spanning at least two functional areas, with a strong understanding of domain-specific data, processes, and regulatory context (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR in clinical settings).
  • Pharma consulting experience — either at a consultancy or in an internal strategic/advisory role — is strongly preferred; experience engaging with pharma clients on data and analytics programs is a plus
  • Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and report on project status.
