Job summary

RITES in Chennai invites an Engineer-UT Testing for full-time appointment. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical engineering with UT Level-2 certificate (ASNT/ISNT) or a Degree in the same branches with UT Level-2 certification.

Preference is given to candidates with NDT experience and relevant post-qualification exposure. Minimum post-qualification experience is 5 years for Diploma holders and 2 years for Degree holders, with a focus on UT examining and service

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical with UT Level-2 certificate is required.
• Alternatively a Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical with UT Level-2 certificate.
• Post-qualification experience: Diploma holders 5 years; Degree holders 2 years.
• Preference given to candidates with NDT experience.

Minimum post - qualification experience:

For Diploma: Minimum 05 years of post- qualification experience

For Degree: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience

Note: Preference will be given to candidates possessing NDT experience.
