Job summary

WSP India in Bengaluru is seeking a Transport Planner to develop and deliver transport plans aligned with strategic objectives. You will lead modeling, data analysis, and reporting to inform decisions. The role requires engaging with authorities and communities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor project performance, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a hybrid working environment within a global engineering consultancy.

Tools and Technologies:

• Proficiency in transport modeling software such as VISUM, VISSIM, Junctions 10 and Linsig.

• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools such as ArcGIS.

• Experience with programming skills like Pyton, R.

• Knowledge of project management software and methodologies.

• Understanding of stakeholder engagement platforms and community consultation tools.
