Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your engineering knowledge and technical skills in a practical work environment.
• Work across various functions including Project Execution, Construction, Engineering, WRA, Operations & Maintenance of Wind and Solar Farms, Procurement of Electrical/Mechanical Items and CAPEX, Performance Monitoring, and other related areas.
• Support day‑to‑day operational and project activities within the assigned function.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Learn and observe existing strategies, methodologies, and best practices for successful project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all activities.
• Participate in meetings, conduct field and desk research, prepare reports, and perform administrative and technical tasks as assigned.
• Travel to project sites, support ongoing projects, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
