Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S in India (Gurgaon) is seeking a design engineer in the Buildings division to lead structural engineering on overseas projects. You will work from India, collaborating with a virtual team and UK contacts to deliver designs from concept through detailed design.

The role requires a master’s degree in structures, experience with RCC and steel design, and proficiency in ETABS/ROBOT/TEKLA with basic Revit and AutoCAD skills. Eurocode exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in structures from a reputed institute.
• Knowledge of ETABS, ROBOT or TEKLA; MS Excel experience required.
• Revit and AutoCAD basics are an added advantage.
• Experience in design and analysis of RCC and steel structures.
• Exposure to Eurocode is desirable.

We are seeking a structural engineer who has expertise in working on overseas projects to international codes. You should have worked on buildings projects with multiple typologies from concept to detailed design stage. Your duty will be to design and manage UK projects from India (Gurgaon) while liaising with virtual team across the country and in the UK.

You must have a master’s degree in structures from an institute of repute. Basic knowledge of how either of ETABS, ROBOT, or TEKLA structural designer (TSD) work and working with MS excel will be required. Revit and AUTOCAD basics will be added advantages. In-depth knowledge of in-situ Concrete and Steel work design. Exposure to Eurocode will be an added advantage.
