Job summary

Kannanware in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Quality Assurance professional responsible for on-time inspection of assembly activities and coordination with production to ensure process adherence.

You will calibrate equipment, conduct ISO internal audits, and prepare QC charts/ITP while documenting results and supporting OEM incoming inspections.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• 3–5 years of experience in any equipment assembly unit involving bearings and machined components
• 2 years of experience in inspecting machined components of large size such as gear boxes, valves etc.

Responsibilities

• Assembly inspections and final inspection of components.
• Inspect machined components and bearings in assembly.
• Documentation and record-keeping for QA.
• OEM incoming inspection and supplier tests.
• Prepare quality control charts and ITPs.
