• Willing to work in shifts and relocate to Mehsana.
• Experience in fabrication planning and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed fabrication plans and schedules based on project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze existing fabrication processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all fabricated components meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Assign tasks to fabrication teams and monitor labor productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee proper use, maintenance, and calibration of fabrication machinery, welding machines, measuring instruments, jigs-fixtures.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all fabrication activities.
• Maintain production records, WPS, Job Card, inspection reports, and progress logs.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and assembly teams to align fabrication output with project requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement through lean practices and Kaizen.
• Timely routing stage confirmations in ERP

Required Qualification

• BE / B.Tech with 3 to 6 years of experience in fabrication of heavy equiment / machinery manufacturing company.
• Must be willing to work in shifts
• Ready to relocate to Mehsana.
