The role covers material requirement coordination, PPC planning for molding, plating, and assembly lines, plus close coordination with customers to align production schedules. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in the automobile industry, strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, and will manage inventory and safety stock to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in capacity planning and production planning.
• Ability to coordinate material requirements for production.
• Hands-on in PPC planning for molding, plating and assembly lines.
• Strong communication to coordinate with customers on schedules.
• Knowledge of inventory control and safety stock management.

Responsibilities

• Capacity & Production Planning: manage capacity planning, raw material planning, and dispatch planning to ensure smooth production flow.
• Material Requirement Coordination: coordinate the preparation of molding and other material requirement quantities based on production needs.
• Production Planning & Execution: prepare and execute PPC plans for molding machines, plating processes, and assembly lines.
• Customer Coordination: communicate and coordinate with customers to align production schedules and requirements.
• Inventory Management: oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
• Safety Stock Management: ensure adequate safety stock of molding materials to prevent disrupt
