• 5–7 years of experience in PPC / production planning.
• Experience in capacity planning and production planning to ensure smooth flow.
• Experience coordinating with customers and suppliers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Capacity & Production Planning: Manage capacity planning, raw material planning, and dispatch planning to ensure smooth production flow.
• Material Requirement Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of molding and other material requirement quantities based on production needs.
• Production Planning & Execution: Prepare and execute PPC plans for molding machines, plating processes, and assembly lines.
• Customer Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with customers to align production schedules and requirements.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
• Safety Stock Management: Ensure adequate safety stock of molding materials to prevent disruption.
