Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GD&T and manufacturing tolerances.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan.
• Proficient in using CMM and measurement instruments.
• Ability to perform 8D and 5 Why analysis.

Responsabilités

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD & T, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, machining, welding, sheet metal and surface treatment.
• Hands on experience with Automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why Why analysis, fishbone and implement effective & corrective actions.
• Proficiency in using inspection and measuring instruments, including calibration concepts and CMM reports.
• Expereince in conducting supplier process audits and evaluating supplier quality management systems.
• Strong analytics skills to interpret quality data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross - functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, prioritize quality issues, and meet project timelines under pressure.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and continuous learning and supplier quality improvement.
