Job summary

Monochem Graphics is seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance & Systems in Delhi. Candidate should have 3–5 years of QA experience in automotive manufacturing, Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering, aged 25–35, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include defining quality strategies, maintaining QMS, supplier and customer quality management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Salary negotiable for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues
• Define and implement the organization's quality strategy, objectives, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Drive a zero-defect culture throughout manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry standards.
• Knowledge of Preparation of Maruti documentation & MSIL Portal.
• Supplier Quality Management
• Customer Quality Management
• Creating technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other written documentation
• Researching existing technologies to determine how they could be applied in new ways to solve problems
• Reviewing existing products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Preparing proposals for new projects, identifying potential problems, and proposing solutions
