Job summary

CCS Computers is seeking a security engineering professional in Delhi to support endpoint security, data loss prevention, and endpoint management across our IT environment.

You will deploy and tune CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, Forcepoint DLP, and OpenText ZENworks, monitor alerts, perform malware analysis, and assist in vulnerability remediation. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Cyber Security or IT Infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn new security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR.
• Monitor endpoint security alerts and investigate suspicious activities.
• Perform malware analysis, threat detection, and endpoint incident response.
• Ensure endpoint security policies are implemented and maintained.
• Assist in endpoint hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Implement, configure, and manage Forcepoint DLP policies.
• Monitor DLP incidents and investigate potential data leakage events.
• Fine-tune DLP rules based on business requirements.
• Support policy creation for email, endpoint, web, USB, and cloud data protection.
• Generate DLP reports and recommend improvements.
• Configure and support OpenText ZENworks VEM solutions.
• Deploy software packages, updates, and security patches to endpoints.
• Manage endpoint configurations and inventory.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management issues and ensure compliance.
• Monitor security dashboards and respond to alerts.
• Perform security health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution.
• Escalate critical incidents to senior security engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
• Maintain incident records and security reports.
• Follow organizational security standards and compliance requirements.
