AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, contracts, and change management across infrastructure projects. You will lead cost planning, BoQ preparation, and tendering activities, ensuring financial control and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–12 years' experience, proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, and PRISM, and knowledge of MMHW/NRM standards. Hybrid work options and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering with relevant QS exposure.
• 3–12 years of quantity surveying, estimation, costing, BOQs, and tender management.
• Experience with NEC4 or similar contract frameworks is a plus.
• Proficient take-off and cost estimation using international standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and payment processes; certify invoices.
• Triage and quantify compensation events; track design changes and costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports: budgets, expenses, cash flow, forecast costs.
• Produce BoQs and cost estimates at design stages; support value engineering.
• Tender documents preparation, bid evaluation, and procurement support.
• Collaborate with QS and AQS teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
