Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with design standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting business development initiatives. Strong BIM and software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in road and highway engineering with large-scale projects.
• Advanced knowledge of road/highway design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D; Navisworks).
• Experience delivering BIM-compliant projects.

What do we need from you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3-8years of experience in road(Land/ResidentialDevelopmentProjects)and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Familiarity with Navisworks Software
• Should havedelivered projects with BIM compliance
• In-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulations
• Expertise in sustainable and innovative road design techniques
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Professional Engineering (C Eng) certification or equivalent
