Job summary

Egis Road Operation India is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead design and implementation of complex road and highway projects. You will mentor junior engineers, develop sustainable transportation solutions, and ensure compliance with design standards on challenging infra programs.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred), BIM compliance, and hands-on expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Navisworks, in a multicultural environment across India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required; a master’s is preferred.
• 3–8 years experience in road and highway engineering on large infra projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; Navisworks experience preferred; BIM compliant.

About The Role

What do we need from you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in road(Land/Residential Development Projects) and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Familiarity with Navisworks Software
• Should have delivered projects with BIM compliance
• In-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulations
• Expertise in sustainable and innovative road design techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Professional Engineering (C Eng) certification or equivalent
