Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in quality inspection, testing, and documentation within a manufacturing or fabrication setup.
• Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO, ASME, AWS, etc.), Inspection methods and techniques, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Quality reporting and audit readiness.
• Functional Skills: Inspection planning and execution, Client communication and satisfaction, Data-driven reporting, Compliance assurance and troubleshooting.
• IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Abilities: Strong analytical and documentation skills, Problem-solving and decision-making mindset, Customer-focused with effective communication, Ability to manage concurrent inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inspection plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with project timelines.
• Perform inspections and quality tests to verify compliance with standards and identify defects.
• Analyze inspection and test data, identify trends, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients to meet quality and compliance needs.
