Job summary

Autoliv India is seeking an Engineer - Process Quality to manage shift quality operations and drive zero-defect initiatives across A, B and C shifts at our Pune plant. Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in process quality (automotive/manufacturing)
• Experience in handling shift operations and operator management (10-20 team size)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in rejection analysis and countermeasure implementation
• Knowledge of DPMU tracking, scrap reduction and quality metrics
• Understanding of customer audit requirements and process compliance
• Familiarity with Kaizen and continuous improvement practices

In this role you will be responsible for managing shift quality operations, driving zero defect initiatives and ensuring adherence to Autoliv standards. You will need to deliver strong DPMU performance, reduce scrap and ensure smooth coordination across departments while maintaining safety and quality excellence.
