Job summary

Sansera Engineering Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and implement efficient processes across machining and assembly operations. You will analyze designs, define optimal flow, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

Role requires hands-on machining knowledge, strong GD&T and documentation skills, and experience with PFMEA and control plans. A focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Hands-on with VMC, CNC and machining processes.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans and SOPs.
• AS9100 QMS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities related to materials, bought-out components, machining processes, and fixture design.
• Interpret engineering drawings and define optimal process flow for machining, bench work, and assembly.
• Design, evaluate and implement new manufacturing processes or technologies to support innovation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEA, stage drawings, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust process implementation.
• Support fixture design, inspection methodologies, and assembly techniques.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards and statutory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across departments

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify improvement opportunities related to raw materials, bought-out components, machining processes, and fixture design.
• Analyze engineering drawings and define optimal process flow for machining, bench work, and assembly operations.
• Design, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing processes or technologies to support innovation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, stage drawings, and technical reports.

Technical Skills
