Job summary

ReNew is seeking an Engineer - Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring (Wind & Solar) with 2–3 years of experience. The role focuses on operating the Diagnostic Center, monitoring asset performance, and delivering data-driven insights to drive efficiency and reliability across wind and solar portfolios.

Collaboration with asset management teams and continuous learning are emphasized. You will work with SCADA configurations, performance ratio analyses, and daily/portfolio level reports to support

• B.Tech/B.E in Electrical is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of wind turbines and solar plants adds value.

Responsibilities

• Operations of the ReNew Diagnostic Center with prevention by prediction.
• Oversee performance and operations of wind & solar assets.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risk and reporting for digital projects.
• Provide inputs to asset management teams to enhance performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with manager and team; SCADA configuration and reporting.

Designation: Engineer - Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring (Wind & Solar)

Experience : 2 years to 3 years

Qualification: B. Tech (Electrical) or B.E (Electrical)

• Operations of the ReNew Diagnostic Center, with prevention by prediction philosophy
• Oversee the performance & operations of assets
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators & Manage risks management reporting - internal & external Digital projects - act as a team member, track implementation and report
• Provide routine & non-routine inputs to Wind & Solar asset management teams for enhancing performance, productivity & reliability of assets.
• Knowledge on Wind Turbines and Solar Plants:Apply knowledge of wind turbines and solar plants to optimize performance.
