Job summary

Responsibilities

About this opportunity:Join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage andimplement integration services. you have to work closely with regional counterparts in customer SolutionDesigning, High Level Design/ Low Level Design based on the requirements. What you will do:

• Plan and execute Packet Core upgrades (SGSN-MME, AMF, SMF, UPF,CCPC,SAPC,WMG,EPG 3.x)
• Perform pre-checks, health checks, and post-upgrade validations.
• Execute software installation, patching, and traffic migration activities.
• Ensure service continuity during maintenance windows and traffic cutovers.
• Troubleshoot integration and post-upgrade issues across network elements.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Design, and Operations teams.
• Support rollback planning and execution in case of failures.
• Maintain and update Method of Procedure (MoP) and documentation.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python/Shell preferred).
• Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and quality standards.

The skills you bring:

• Total years of experience - 3 to 9 yrsStrong knowledge of 4G EPC & 5G Core architecture.
• Hands-on experience with: MME / SGW / PGW/ AMF / SMF / UPF / PCFLinux/Unix systems.
• Virtualization / Cloud (OpenStack, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD tools (optional but preferred).
• Log analysis and tracing tools.
