Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance of fly ash handling and bottom ash conveying systems.
• Maintain pumps for bed ash conveying and silo unloading systems.
• Monitor ESP field parameters and report findings.
• Maintain air handling units including dryers, blowers and AHU.
• Coordinate with maintenance departments for timely troubleshooting.
• Operate & maintain AHP instruments, air compressors, pumps, ash silo equipment.
• Oversee operation of slurry pumps and related ash handling equipment.

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree Mechanical Engineering.

Experience required:

• At least 3 to 5 Years of Exp. In AHP O&M Operation is Power Plant.
• Must be able perform Mechanical Engineer of Fly Ash and Bottom Ash Conveying System.
• Can be able to work in Shift in Power Plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Maintenance of Fly ash handing System (Dense Phase pneumatic conveying) and Bottom ash conveying system.
• Mechanical Maintenance of Pump for Bed Ash Conveying and Silo Unloading System.
• Monitoring of ESP field parameter and Reporting.
• Maintenance of Air Handling units consisting of Dryers, Blowers and AHU
• Maintenance of Bottom ash triple v submerged hopper system along with slurry pumping through jet pump from bottom ash hopper to slurry pump and ASH DYKE.
• Coordinating with different maintenance department for timely trouble shooting.
• Operation & Maintenance of AHP Instrument Air & LT & HT Air Compressor, D-Pumps, Ash Conditioner, Rotary Vane Feeder, ESP & Silo fluidizing blowers, bag filters and Silo and accessories for Dense Phase system.
• Maintenance of AHP field instruments, valves, D- pumps & ash silo.
• Operation & Maintenance of Dry rotary vane Feeder & pneumatic dome valve.
• Operation & Maintenance of AHP field instruments, Bottom ash & ash silo instruments.
• Operation of ESP, NUVA Feeder & D-pump, vacuum pump, Esp. Fluidizing blower.
• Operation & Maintenance of Slurry series pump, LP water pump, HP water pump.
• Operation & Maintenance of Eco water pump, overflow water pump.
• Operation & Maintenance of LP seal water pump, HP seal water pump.
