Flex is seeking an Engineer – Industrial Engineering in Sriperumbudur, India, to support our teams who build great products and drive growth. You will contribute to layout design, line setup for new products, and manpower planning to optimize capacity.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years in industrial engineering, with strong teamwork, shift leadership, and a focus on reducing lead times and improving productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Responsible for the Line setup for new product
• Manpower mapping
• Production standards set up
• Standard cycle time setup for new product
• Productivity improvement
• Re-layout of existing product for effective usage of space
• Responsible for Lead Time reduction

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires 4+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Industrial Engineering.
