Job summary

Insight is seeking a Senior Network Engineer - HPE/Aruba ClearPass Specialist for a hybrid Delhi NCR role. You will design, implement, and manage enterprise network access control with Aruba ClearPass and HPE infrastructure to ensure secure access for users and devices.

You will deploy policies, monitor performance, troubleshoot authentication issues, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with security, infrastructure, and application teams on network projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience.
• 3+ years Aruba ClearPass (Policy Manager, Guest, Profiler).
• 3+ years of HPE networking experience (Aruba switches, controllers).
• Strong knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, and network access control protocols.
• Experience with network security frameworks and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Experience with Python and Ansible for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design Aruba ClearPass network access control solutions, security policies, access frameworks, technical specifications, and HPE recommendations aligned to business needs.
• Deploy and configure ClearPass Policy Manager, Guest, and Profiler; implement 802.1X policies; configure HPE switching; integrate security tools; lead upgrades and migrations.
• Manage production ClearPass environments, monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot authentication and access issues, maintain documentation, and conduct capacity planning.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams, mentor junior engineers, lead project activities, communicate with stakeholders, and support on-call requirements.

About the role

As a Senior Network Engineer - HPE/Aruba ClearPass Specialist , you will design, implement, and manage enterprise network access control and security solutions using Aruba ClearPass and HPE infrastructure . We will count on you to deliver secure and reliable access-control environments, resolve complex authentication issues, and provide technical leadership across network projects . What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of network engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Aruba Clearpass (Policy Manager, Guest, Profiler)
• 3+ years of HPE networking experience (Aruba switches, controllers)
• Strong knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, and network access control protocols
• Experience with network security frameworks and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and network protocol analysis
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Aruba Certified Associate (ACA) or Aruba Certified Professional (ACP) certification
• HPE Aruba Certified Specialist (ACSP) or higher certification
• Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible)
• Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure
• Experience with SIEM integration and security incident response
• Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or consulting role
