Job summary

Insight Enterprises seeks a Senior Network Engineer - HPE/Aruba ClearPass Specialist to design, deploy, and manage enterprise network access control using Aruba ClearPass and HPE infrastructure. You will lead authentication, policy enforcement, and integration efforts across projects.

Responsibilities include managing production ClearPass environments, upgrading components, and collaborating with security and infrastructure teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Aruba ClearPass experience (Policy Manager, Guest, Profiler).
• 3+ years of HPE networking experience (Aruba switches, controllers).
• Strong knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, and network access control protocols.
• Experience with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design Aruba ClearPass network access control solutions and security policies.
• Deploy and configure ClearPass Policy Manager, Guest, and Profiler; implement 802.1X policies; configure HPE switching.
• Manage production ClearPass environments, monitor performance, troubleshoot authentication issues, maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams; mentor junior engineers; lead project activities; support on-call.
