Cencora is seeking a software engineering professional to join our team in Pune. The role involves contributing to development, configuration, integration, testing, and support work across projects in a global health company.

We value candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in software or systems engineering. Certification in Agile, Scrum, or cloud fundamentals is preferred and will support career growth within our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, cloud fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies software and systems engineering methods, tools, and standards to deliver moderately complex to complex development, configuration, integration, testing, or support work.
• Analyzes requirements, dependencies, and variable factors to determine task approach, evaluate tradeoffs, and support reliable delivery across one or more projects.
• Communicates technical status, risks, issues, and implications within the team and across partner teams to align execution and confirm shared understanding of requirements.
• Coordinates assigned work independently within defined objectives and guardrails to meet commitments, maintain quality, and support project timelines.
• Guides peers at the task level by sharing reviews, templates, examples, or how-to support that improves consistency and execution quality within the team.
• Improves tools, processes, or team practices by identifying practical changes that reduce rework, strengthen reliability, and support better local tradeoffs among quality, speed, cost, and risk.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field required.

Certification in Agile, Scrum, cloud fundamentals preferred.
