Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Platform Engineer focused on identity and access management. You will configure and maintain enterprise identity platforms, analyze authentication telemetry, and help secure integrations across business applications.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field and 2+ years in platform engineering, IAM, or systems administration. Cybersecurity or cloud certifications are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or related field.
• Certification in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains enterprise-level identity platforms and directory services to ensure high availability and secure user authentication across the organization.
• Analyzes complex platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to diagnose and troubleshoot recurring structural anomalies.
• Implements intermediate-level API integrations and automation scripts to securely connect diverse business applications to the centralized identity infrastructure.
• Formulates detailed technical documentation and platform runbooks to standardize identity integration workflows and support the engineering knowledge base.
• Collaborates with cross-functional development teams to test and validate secure identity protocols for deployed enterprise solutions.
• Validates critical identity platform upgrades and security patches within non-production environments to ensure system stability prior to final release.
