Job summary

Accelya is seeking a DevOps professional with hands-on experience in CI/CD, automation, Kubernetes, and platform engineering. You will drive developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions), automate deployments with Kubernetes, Helm and ArgoCD, and implement monitoring with Sumologic, Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions, Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a DevOps position withexperience in CI/CD, automation, Kubernetes, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong automation mindset, hands‑on technical expertise, and a passion for improving developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational efficiency through automation and AI‑driven solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployments using Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD.
• Implement monitoring and alerting automation using Sumologic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Utilize AI‑powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar solutions.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Need Strong experience with: GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions, Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoC, Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Good understanding of AWS services, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to GitOps, Platform Engineering, and AI/Agentic AI frameworks.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience building internal developer platforms or self‑service automation solutions.
• Exposure to GitOps, Platform Engineering, and AI/Agentic AI frameworks.
• Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
