Job summary

Accelya is seeking an Engineer II - Software Development (H) to independently design and deliver scalable software for 200+ airline customers. You will work with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor AI, Claude) to accelerate development, perform design reviews, and contribute to DevOps practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in software development with proficiency in Java, Python or Go, and a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Software Development experience delivering production-quality solutions.
• Solid proficiency in Java, Python, Go or specialist languages with airline tech domain focus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and deliver software features and services solutions, producing clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
• Lead technical analysis and estimation for assigned features and workstreams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams on technical roadmap decisions.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
