Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Bengaluru seeks an Engineer II in Bridges to design and assess highway/rail structures, lead a small team, and coordinate with international clients. You will drive quality, engage with multidisciplinary teams, and support BIM outputs along with technical reporting.

The role requires 5–8 years in engineering consultancy with bridge focus and proficiency in CSI Bridge and MIDAS. Relocation and hybrid work options are available within a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy with a focus on bridge engineering.
• Experience across preliminary, concept and detailed design stages of infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to provide technical direction and coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical quality standards and deliver projects on time and budget.
• Lead a small team and coordinate with multidisciplinary designers and engineers.
• Liaise with Canada-based customers in a responsive, client-focused manner.
• Mentor junior engineers and support BIM technicians in producing drawings and deliverables.
• Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and associated documentation.
