Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking an Engineer – Formwork – Site to plan, supervise, and execute formwork activities at the project site. You will manage formwork teams, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and safety, and ensure cost-effective use of materials and labour to meet formwork cycle targets.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, supervising erection and de-shuttering, and aligning formwork with construction schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience planning formwork activities on large sites.
• Ability to read and interpret formwork/structural drawings.
• Ensure formwork work aligns with safety and quality standards.

Engineer – Formwork – Site is responsible for end-to-end planning, supervision, and execution of formwork activities at the project site. The role ensures timely, safe, and quality erection, dismantling, and reuse of formwork systems in line with structural drawings and construction schedules. The incumbent manages formwork teams, coordinates with engineering, procurement, and safety departments, and ensures cost-effective use of materials and labour to meet the project's formwork cycle and productivity targets.

Plan and manage end‑of‑end site formwork activities including layout, erection, alignment, dismantling, and reuse of formwork systems.
