Job summary

Vascon Engineers in Mumbai seeks a Site Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing trades on our projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.

You will supervise flooring, painting, carpentry, and other finishes, check material quality, and coordinate with other trades for seamless integration.

Responsibilities include raising material requisitions, inspecting formwork and concrete as per checklists, and identifying defects for quick resolution.

Job description

Execution of all finishing items/requirements effectively & efficiently likes flooring, painting, carpentry works, etc. Supervision of site, checking of quality of finishing materials. Raise requisitions for materials by calculating quantities as per lead time. Intimate and discuss issues affecting completion of finishing works. To inspect all works for accuracy such as formwork, reinforcement, concrete as per checklist. Ensure seamless integration of finishes with other construction activities. Identify and resolve issues related to finishes, such as defects or discrepancies.
