Job summary

Marutee Design Engineering seeks an engineer to design the 48 V traction and 12 V auxiliary electrical architecture and wiring harness for a four‑wheel electric cargo vehicle. You will define the architecture, size wires and fuses, and route the harness in 3D with proper spacing.

You will also prepare wiring schematics, connector pin-outs and fuse/relay schedules, and integrate lighting, HMI and telematics while supporting power‑up checks.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in automotive/EV wiring harness and low-voltage architecture.
• Experience with 48 V and 12 V systems, wiring harness design.
• Ability to route in 3D and define connector pin-outs.
• Knowledge of fuse sizing, harness manufacturing rules.

Job description

Engineer - Electrical Wiring Harness - Design the 48 V traction and 12 V auxiliary electrical architecture and wiring harness of a four-wheel electric cargo vehicle.

Responsibilities

1. Define the 48 V / 12 V architecture: 35 mm battery-to-controller cables, DC-DC converter input, 12 V main supply, 200 A main fuse, contactor and motor controller harness.
2. Size wires, fuses and relays; lay out the fuse box and connector families.
3. Route the harness in 3D with clip, grommet and bend-radius rules, separating 48 V and 12 V runs.
4. Prepare wiring schematics, 2D harness drawings, connector pin-outs and fuse/relay schedules.
5. Integrate lighting, horn, HMI, telematics and switches; support vehicle power-up and integration checks.
