Job Description

Project Role

Manage the design (Dry Utilities – MV, LV, HV and street lighting) of a project.
Act as Electrical Design Engineer on infrastructure projects of various sizes.
Agree on design philosophy and fundamentals.
Coordinate with BIM technicians on deliverables.
Demonstrate all‑round technical competence.
Have knowledge of electrical design concepts (MV, LV, HV and street lighting).
Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Employ problem‑solving and planning skills to find innovative and practical solutions with minimal supervision.
Be willing to adopt new technologies in the dry utilities infrastructure design.
Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) effectively.
Be detail oriented and organized while multitasking and shifting priorities with ease.
Take responsibility for quality of deliverables.
Apply delivery in BIM/CAD standards and 3‑D working.

Qualifications

Typically, a minimum of 3–6 years of experience in the relevant field is required. A graduate qualification is necessary, along with a proven track record as a design engineer on multiple projects.
