Job summary

SHL is seeking an experienced CLM Developer with deep hands-on expertise in DocuSign eSignature and CLM to design, implement, and administer complex document lifecycle workflows. The role emphasizes API integrations and secure, scalable solutions across enterprise platforms.

You will configure forms, libraries, and workflow automation while building integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and SharePoint, using REST/SOAP and SDKs. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on DocuSign eSignature and/or DocuSign CLM experience.
• Experience with DocuSign APIs (REST/SOAP) and SDKs.
• DocuSign CLM system administration expertise.
• Experience implementing complex logic in DocuSign workflows using C#/.NET.
• Strong understanding of digital signature workflows and document lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating DocuSign with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions with templates, envelopes, approvals, and workflows.
• Configure DocuSign Forms, Libraries, and Workflow automation.
• Build workflows for document generation, approvals, routing, and execution.
• Develop DocuSign API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems like Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or SharePoint.
• Implement and manage complex workflow logic within DocuSign workflows using C#/.NET.
• Handle installation, setup, and environment configuration for DocuSign solutions.
• Ensure security, privacy, and data protection compliance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow or config issues.
• Provide production support and end-user training as needed.

This role within SHL’s Engineer - CLM Developer -We are seeking an experienced CLM Developer with deep hands-on expertise in DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with DocuSign APIs, workflows, Form template, attributes configuration and integrations, along with the ability to design and support complex document lifecycle processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions, including templates, envelopes, approvals, and workflows aligned with business processes.
• Configure and manage DocuSign Forms, Libraries, and Workflow automation.
• Build and manage workflows for document generation, approvals, routing, and execution.
• Develop and maintain DocuSign API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third‑party systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or SharePoint
• Implement and manage complex workflow logic, including custom scripting (C#, .NET) within DocuSign workflows.
• Perform DocuSign installation, setup, and environment configuration.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and data protection standards.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve workflow or configuration issues.
• Provide production support, resolve integration issues, and deliver end-user training as needed.

Essential

What we are looking for from you:

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or DocuSign CLM.
• Strong experience working with DocuSign APIs (REST/SOAP) and SDKs.
• Proven expertise in DocuSign CLM system administration.
• Experience implementing complex business logic in DocuSign workflows using C# / .NET.
• Strong understanding of digital signature workflows and document lifecycle management
• Experience integrating DocuSign with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance DocuSign workflows and integrations.

Desirable

• DocuSign certifications.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and related business processes.
• Strong programming background with C# and .NET.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
