Job summary

Optiv Bangalore is seeking a security engineer to administer identity governance platforms and the associated back-end stacks. The role includes maintaining privileged access and PAM solutions for Optiv’s clients, with on-site work three days per week.

You’ll respond to incidents, perform audits, collect logs, and troubleshoot while documenting resolutions and SOPs. Strong BeyondTrust expertise and AD administration are required.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and issue isolation skills.
• 3-5 years’ experience implementing, administering, and support privileged access management technologies (preferably BeyondTrust).
• Experience in system administration, scripting, Rest API, LDAP directories, Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management architecture and ITIL/DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical responder for incidents and requests pertaining to PAM and related tech.
• Perform discovery audits and work with clients to develop certification and compliance campaigns.
• Collect logs, analyze failures, troubleshoot issues and implement known solutions with SLAs/OLAs.
• Document incident resolutions, RCAs, SOPs, reference architectures, and perform routine changes.

This position is required to be on-site at our Bangalore office 3 days per week .Optiv Security Operations is looking for a security engineer with a background administering identity governance platforms and their associated back-end technology stacks.
