Job summary

Copeland in Pune/Gurgaon, India offers a Hybrid, full-time role focused on New Product Qualification for OEM/channel applications. You will support AE documentation, coordinate with plants for samples and test reports, and work with sales on samples and delivery.

You will also develop application data, analyze inputs for product qualification, and prepare cross-reference documentation while handling customer issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Support AE Team for technical documentation required by customer
• Coordination with Plant for samples & Test Reports
• Coordinate with sales for samples & delivery
• Coordinate with AE team for sample evaluation / qualification
• NBO Plan monitoring / Updation
• Get inputs from Sales / Team / Customer for heat load calculations
• Calculate the heat load based on input received on application & share report
• Support AE Team for technical documentation required by customer
• Coordination with Plant For samples & Test Reports
• Coordinate with sales for samples & delivery
• Coordinate with AE team for sample evaluation / qualification
• Prepare The Test Data Received From Customer As well As Karad Engineering Lab
• Develop Application Wise System Operating Data
• Analysis & Prepare inputs for product qualification
• Prepare Data for Updation of technical cross reference document
• Prepare Technical Data For Application Engg Documentation
• Updation of customer issues in oracle service portal
• If needed arrange compressor for tear down & share findings
• Coordinate with plan / engineering / customer to plan action for resolution
• Coordinate with plant if any mfg related issues reported & arrange for CAPA
