Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Design Engineer for Arrangement & Piping; responsible for equipment layout, pipe routing, and supports design in 3D. You will generate GA drawings, isometrics, and MTOs for piping and supports per project needs, adhering to Quality and EHS rules.

The role requires Mechanical Engineering degree with up to 2 years of experience; familiarity with PDMS/E3D, and solid communication in English. Join a diverse, global team and contribute to nuclear power projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh from college or up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in large nuclear or fossil power projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of PDMS and E3D; strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Equipment modelling in E3D; GA drawings preparation.
• Pipe routing in E3D; isometrics and hangers drawings preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, Work Instructions and EHS requirements.
• Maintain design integrity and clash-free layouts for piping and supports.

Job description

Arrangement & Piping design engineer is responsible for equipment layout, pipe routing and supports design in 3D Model, and issue the General Arrangement drawings, isometrics, support drawings, piping layout GA drawings and MTOs for piping & supports as per projects requirements for nuclear power plants. All activities have to comply with the Quality and EHS rules of the Company within their area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Equipment modelling in E3D, maintenance / access review, clash check, preparation of General Arrangement drawings.
• Pipe routing in E3D, clash check, support design with LICAD, isometrics preparation, hangers/supports drawings preparation.
• Must be fully conversant with PDMS / E3D and have good working knowledge in all the various design and draft modules.
• Must ensure the activities are carried out respecting the company rules, Work instructions, EHS requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Fresh from college or max 1 to 2 years exp

Desired Characteristics

• 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the design of large Nuclear / fossil power projects
• Good knowledge of PDMS / E3D
• Strong oral communication
• English language skills
