Job summary

AP Management Consultants in Puducherry invites a Production / Process Engineer (Fresher to 5 Years) to join our plastics manufacturing team. You will monitor day-to-day production, injection moulding processes, and maintain records while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer or Industrial Engineering, with knowledge of MS Excel and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 5 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day production activities and meet targets.
• Oversee plastic manufacturing and injection moulding processes.
• Identify and resolve production/process issues.
• Track machine performance, productivity and process parameters.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores.
• Reduce wastage and improve process efficiency.
• Follow SOP, 5S and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
