Job summary

Aequs in Hubli, Karnataka is looking for a Lead Lab Supervisor to oversee all laboratory activities related to the anodizing process. You will lead chemical analysis, process control, and testing, ensuring accurate results and timely reports.

You will develop SOPs, train lab technicians, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with EH&S regulations and customer documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in anodising or surface treatment labs, with a leadership role.
• Proficient in laboratory testing techniques, titration, ICP, UV spectrometry, etc.
• Strong understanding of anodising process parameters and their impact on quality.
• Experience in handling lab audits, customer documentation, and technical reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
