- Must-Have**
- Strong experience in hardware design and product development lifecycle

Experience In Analog And Digital Circuit Design Including
- Power supplies (SMPS, LDOs, DC-DC converters), Power integrity, Thermal analysis.
- Microcontroller/Processor-based designs
- Interface circuits (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS232/485)
- Experience in schematic creation, review, and design validation
- Experience in PCB design support including layout reviews, placement optimization, routing constraints, and manufacturability
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, shielding, and EMC/EMI considerations
- Experience in component selection, alternate component qualification, and obsolescence management
- Experience in symbol and footprint creation/validation as per IPC standards
- Familiarity with simulation tools for circuit analysis and validation
- Experience in hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power analyzers, and protocol analyzers
- Familiarity with Design Rule Checks (DRC), Electrical Rule Checks (ERC), and layout verification processes
- Experience generating and validating engineering outputs including BoM, Gerber files, netlists, test reports, and design documentation
- Working knowledge of product compliance requirements such as CE, UL, EMI/EMC standards
- Experience with engineering data management systems (PDM/PLM)
- Exposure to ECAD-MCAD collaboration and design data exchange formats (DXF, STEP, IPC, Gerber)
- Good-to-Have Experience with simulation tools such as PSpice, LTspice, or equivalent
- Experience in embedded hardware development and board bring-up activities
- Knowledge of reliability engineering and DFM/DFA principles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical specifications
- Experience working in cross-functional development teams
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic hardware circuits based on product requirements
- Create and maintain hardware schematics using ECAD tools such as OrCAD Capture
- Perform hardware feasibility studies, component selection, Power integrity, Thermal analysis and circuit simulations
- Analyze existing hardware and ECAD design data (schematics, PCB layouts, Gerbers, BoM, netlists)
- Execute hardware redesign and component replacement activities to address obsolescence and lifecycle issues.
- Create and validate schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and component libraries
- Review and support PCB layout activities including component placement, routing, stack-up selection, and design constraints validation.
- Ensure netlist integrity and consistency between schematic and PCB databases
- Conduct hardware debugging, board bring-up, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Perform signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal design assessments
- Generate and verify engineering deliverables including BoM, netlists, Gerbers, fabrication files, and design documentation.
- Conduct design verification activities including DRC, ERC, schematic review, layout review, and manufacturability checks.
- Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and qualification activities.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams during product development.
- Maintain hardware design records, revisions, and release documentation in PLM/PDM systems
- Support design reviews, customer reviews, and engineering change management processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, industry regulations, and company design guidelines
