Job Summary

We are looking for a high-potential Engagement Manager to work in a consulting-style role, partnering with leading pharmaceutical companies to solve strategic challenges in physician engagement, product adoption, and omnichannel medical education. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and internal leadership to design and execute impactful engagement programs at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with pharma clients to solve complex strategic problems related to physician engagement and product adoption

• Break down business challenges into structured frameworks and actionable strategies

• Design and implement high-impact engagement programs for clinicians

• Lead client interactions with Business Heads, Marketing Leaders, and CXOs

• Present strategic recommendations and build long-term client relationships

• Own end-to-end execution of client projects, from planning to delivery

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (medical, content, tech, operations)

• Monitor program performance and optimize outcomes

• Identify insights from engagements and develop scalable playbooks

• Contribute to new solution development and overall business strategy

Mandatory Requirements

• MBA from Tier-1 institutes (IIM / ISB / FMS / XLRI / SPJIMR or equivalent)

• 3–4 years of experience in:

  • Management Consulting / Strategy roles
  • Healthcare / Pharma business roles
  • Client strategy roles in digital platforms or agencies
