Reflections Info Systems Pvt Ltd seeks an Engagement Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead enterprise delivery for US-based clients. You will own end-to-end delivery lifecycle, drive governance, and manage complex transitions including BOT programs, with high-touch communication to executives.

The role requires strong experience in managing US client relationships, budgeting, SOW drafting, and risk control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery, engagement, or program management.
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience driving enterprise delivery, large-scale transitions, and/or BOT models.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: manage delivery plan, stage gates, and executive reporting.
• Client & Production Governance: establish governance frameworks aligned with US client expectations.
• Transition & BOT Management: run BOT lifecycles and enterprise transitions from scoping to stabilization.
• RAID Management: own Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies with risk mitigation.
• Commercials & Contracts: create and execute SOWs, enforce change control, track finances.
• Communication & Escalation: serve as primary liaison for US clients with executive communication.

We are seeking a highly experienced Engagement Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level delivery and seamless transitions for our US-based clients. In this critical leadership role, you will be the ultimate owner of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, driving robust governance, commercial control, and successful strategic outcomes. You will spearhead Build-Operate-Transfer initiatives and manage complex transitions while maintaining exceptional, high-touch communication with executive stakeholders.

Job Description

• Proven track record of managing and growing US-client relationships at the leadership level.
• Strong financial acumen for precise budget tracking, commercial control, and margin protection.
• Deep expertise in drafting complex SOWs and navigating rigorous scope/change control processes.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and expectation-management skills.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the integrated delivery plan, managing project stage gates, strategic decisions, and comprehensive executive reporting.
• Client & Production Governance: Establish, lead, and facilitate rigorous client-facing governance and production governance frameworks to ensure operational excellence and strict alignment with US client expectations.
• Transition & BOT Management:Successfully orchestrate complex BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) lifecycles and enterprise-wide transitions from initial scoping through to steady-state stabilization.
• RAID Management:Proactively own and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), ensuring rapid mitigation and preventing delivery bottlenecks.
• Commercials & Contracts:Oversee the creation and execution of Statements of Work (SOW), enforce strict change control, manage accurate financial tracking, and drive commercial controls to maintain engagement profitability.
• Communication & Escalation:Serve as the primary, authoritative liaison for US clients. Ensure clear, executive-level communication across all channels and own the escalation matrix for rapid issue resolution
